A red building complex on the Neva River is the lighthouse pillar of Rostra in Vasily Ancient Port. Rostra lighthouse post: The headland in the east of Vasily Island is called Long Beach, which means arrow in Russian. Long Beach, located at the intersection of neva river and two tributaries, has always been a prosperous trading port. On both sides of Vassili Port Square, two 32-meter-high red columns stand. They are signal lights for ships entering the harbor. Tallas Tela lighthouse column is one of the landmark buildings of Vasily Ancient Port. Because of the red light column, it is embraced by the Neva river god, also known as Poseidon column.
