Beiliu, formerly known as "the main road of Guangdong and Guangxi" and "the state of ancient copper", was once "rich in armour" in history and was called "Little Foshan" and "Jinbeiliu". Located in the southeast of Guangxi, it borders Gaozhou, Huazhou and Xinyi in Guangdong in the south. Located in the south of the Tropic of Cancer, it has a typical subtropical monsoon climate.
