The cause of milk disease
The reasons for infant breastfeeding are very complicated, including internal and external causes.
The internal cause is mainly related to the baby's skin characteristics and allergic constitution. Because the children in this period have thin cuticle, rich capillary network and more moisture and chloride in the endothelium, they are sensitive to various stimulating factors and prone to allergic reactions. Eating fish, shrimp, beef and mutton, milk, eggs and other allergic foods, mechanical friction and irritation of saliva and milk are the main external causes of eczema. Some parents use strong alkaline soap to bathe their baby, which can also cause eczema.
In addition, physical factors such as sunlight, ultraviolet rays, cold, damp heat, contact with silk or man-made fibers and unclean skin may induce eczema or aggravate the condition. Some children may have other allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma or allergic rhinitis during or after the onset of eczema, which is closely related to hereditary allergic constitution.
In addition, there are congenital factors and induced factors that lead to infant lactation.
1, congenital factor
(1) Pregnant women eat a lot of hair products, that is, foods with rich nutrition or strong irritation, which can easily change some symptoms, such as spicy food, fishy seafood and so on.
(2) The pregnant woman's mood fluctuates greatly, the liver fire moves internally, and there is heat toxin that remains in the fetus.
(3) Infants with a family history of allergic constitution are prone to this disease.
2. Inducing factors
(1) Food factors: protein-rich foods: fish, shrimp, eggs and milk.
(2) External stimuli: wool products, plants (all kinds of plant pollen), chemicals (skin care products, bath products, detergents, etc. ), chemical fiber products, animal leather, feathers.
(3) Pathological factors: virus or bacterial infection, pinworm.
(4) Environmental factors: sunlight, high temperature or cold, improper dress.
All the above factors can stimulate the recurrence or aggravation of eczema.
Symptoms of breastfeeding
Tinea lactiflora, or infantile eczema, is a common problem in infancy, which generally begins at 1 ~ 2 months after birth and disappears within 1 ~ 2 years. It is characterized by red papules the size of a small grain of rice on the skin, and there may be small white spots on the surface, so the baby can feel no discomfort. In severe cases, exudation, scabbing and even secondary infection may occur, and the baby may have irritability symptoms, which may even affect sleep and eating.
The symptoms of milk tinea are mainly skin lesions, which generally occur on the face, starting from the cheeks, gradually invading the forehead, brow and scalp, and recurring attacks. In severe cases, they can extend to the neck, shoulder blades and even the whole body.
Skin lesions have various forms and are mostly symmetrically distributed. On the face, it is scattered erythema at first, and the papules on the scalp or eyebrows are mostly greasy scales and yellow shiny scabs. In the light case, there are only reddish spots with a small amount of desquamation, which are erythema, blisters, erosion and infiltration, and continue to spread and expand. If you scratch, rub and rub too much,
Conscious paroxysmal itching, especially when it is warm, often causes the child's head and face to rub on the pillow or mother's skirt, or scratch with hands, which often affects the child's health and sleep.
Most of them are 1-3 months after birth, most of them are relieved and cured when they are 1-2 years old, and a few of them can evolve into wet sores in children.
Tinea lactiflora can be divided into two types.
1. The symptoms of exudative tinea lactis are as follows: it is common in obese infants, starting from the cheeks, with erythema, papules and papules, often showing a bright red purulent face due to severe itching and scratching, with a large amount of exudate, which can spread to the whole face or even the whole body in severe cases. If there is secondary infection, pustules, local lymph node enlargement and fever can be seen.
2. The symptoms of dry milk tinea are as follows: it is more common in thin babies, and it occurs in scalp, eyebrows and other parts. It is characterized by flushing, desquamation and papules, but there is no obvious exudation. When chronic, it can also slightly infiltrate hypertrophy, chapped, scratched or scabbed, which often causes the baby to cry and sleep uneasily due to paroxysmal severe itching.

Prevention of milk poisoning
Most infant eczema is difficult to be completely cured in a short time. Treatment should take comprehensive measures of etiological treatment and systemic and local medication.
It is very important to find and avoid allergens. If your child has eczema due to eating milk, eggs, beef, mutton or fish and shrimp, try to avoid eating these foods again in the future. You can switch to soy protein infant formula. People who are allergic to eggs can only eat yolk and eat less protein.
Avoid contact with irritating substances, do not wash the affected area with alkaline soap, do not wash the affected area with overheated water, and do not apply cosmetics or any grease.
The room temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will aggravate eczema and itching. Wear loose clothes, preferably cotton fabric.
For children with eczema that is not too serious, it is only necessary to use drugs locally according to the condition, but it should be noted that it is not personal.
Self-abuse of drugs to avoid skin damage or infection. Children with eczema need to go to dermatology for treatment. Never wash seborrheic eczema with soap, just apply some vegetable oil regularly to soften the scab gradually, and then gently comb it off with a comb.
