Precautions for vocational skill subsidies:
The same occupation (type of work) and the same level can only apply for subsidies once. Workers who have enjoyed subsidies for related occupations (jobs) may not enjoy subsidies for upgrading their vocational skills at or below the level of their occupations (jobs) again.
Workers who have obtained vocational skills certificates through direct recognition by enterprises, competition promotion or recognition shall not apply for subsidies for upgrading vocational skills. Civil servants and institutions engaged in non-technical jobs can not apply for vocational skills upgrading subsidies if they participate in skill appraisal and obtain vocational skills certificates.
Conditions for applying for skills upgrading subsidies:
1, when applying for skills upgrading subsidy, it belongs to enterprise employees.
2. The insured participates in unemployment insurance, and the accumulated payment exceeds 1 year (1February). Insured employees who have obtained vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill grade certificates (some professional and technical vocational qualification certificates that do not distinguish grades are determined according to the corresponding professional and technical posts that can be employed) may apply for skills upgrading subsidies at the insured place. The required funds shall be paid by the unemployment insurance fund.
Subsidy standard for upgrading vocational skills:
The subsidy standards for upgrading vocational skills are junior workers (level 5)/kloc-0.5 million yuan/person, intermediate workers (level 4) 2,000 yuan/person, senior workers (level 3) 2,500 yuan/person, technicians (level 2) 3,000 yuan/person and senior technicians (level 1) 3,500 yuan/person.
Valid certificate of vocational skill subsidy:
1, crew qualification:
Crew qualification certificate includes crew and fishing crew. Crew qualification certificate means that the holder of this certificate can engage in the work of crew, fishing crew and other related occupations.
Fisherman's qualification certificate means that the holder of this certificate can work as a fisherman. These two kinds of certificates are national professional qualification certificates, which are the recognition and guarantee of the crew and fishery crew by the state. Holders of seafarers' certificates of competency can enjoy social security, housing accumulation fund and other relevant occupational benefits and treatment stipulated by the state.
2, survey and design registered engineer:
Vocational skill subsidies include certificates of registered engineer of survey and design, registered structural engineer, registered environmental engineer, registered civil engineer, registered oil and gas engineer, registered chemical engineer, registered metallurgical engineer, registered electrical engineer, registered mining/mineral engineer, registered public equipment engineer and registered mechanical engineer.
