Step 1: Click the "Settings" icon in the upper right corner of IE browser, and select "Internet Options" in the drop-down box to enter the settings interface.

Step 2: Click the "Appearance" color, and then set the corresponding background color to gray (yours is black, which can be adjusted according to your own habits).

Step 3: Click "OK" button to return to "Internet Options" interface, and click "OK" button again to complete the setting.
