1992, Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd. (PWHAEIG for short) established a joint venture in Guangzhou, China with its technical accumulation and manufacturing experience in developing and manufacturing electric irons for more than 60 years. PWHAEIG):PWHAEIG was established on199265438+February 8, and was jointly funded by Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd. of Japan and Guangzhou Wanbao Group Co., Ltd. At that time, more than 200 sets of equipment were imported from Japan, forming an international advanced automatic production line, specializing in the development, design, production and sales of electric irons and related application products.
PWHAEIG was put into production on April 28th, 1994, and was sold back to Japan that year. Over the years, relying on the strength of homogenization with Japanese production, we have continuously enriched, developed and expanded the world market, and our products have been sold to Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North America and other places. Up to 2004, a total of150,000 units were sold, of which150,000 units were sold to China.
With its strong technical strength, excellent quality, excellent cost and manufacturing capacity, PWHAEIG has become the most suitable manufacturing base for Panasonic in the globalization strategy. Therefore, at the end of 2007, Panasonic electric iron business was fully transferred to PWHAEIG. Since then, PWHAEIG has become the successor of the electric iron business, continuing the mission and responsibility of "iron business development".
