According to legend, Wen Jian, the emperor of the Ming Dynasty, fled from Nanjing to Guizhou after the "Change of Jingnan" and watched the white clouds disappear. He cut his hair and became a monk in Baiyun Mountain, Changshun County, and prayed to the Buddha all day. After the local people in Changshun learned that Emperor Wen Jian had disappeared from Baiyun Mountain and cut his hair into a monk, people went up the mountain to worship Buddha on February 19th and June 19th of the lunar calendar every year. Every time they go to Baiyun Mountain to worship Buddha, the local people should bring home-made cakes that everyone thinks are the best as sacrifices. Occasionally, after tasting the food cake brought by everyone, Emperor Wen Jian was full of praise. He knew that the main ingredient of this cake was Qing cuisine, so he named it "Qingming Ba". From then on, Beijing Ba became famous and became a necessary food for people to worship their ancestors in Tomb-Sweeping Day. Later, Qingming Ba spread to Anshun, Huaxi and other surrounding areas, and gradually became one of the favorite foods of the masses.

Tomb-Sweeping Day is two kinds of holiday foods eaten by people of all ethnic groups living in the ancient "Wuxi area" during the Spring Festival and in Tomb-Sweeping Day, with distinctive local characteristics and strong national characteristics. The so-called "five streams" refer to the five main tributaries in the upper reaches of Yuanjiang River in western Hunan.
Regarding the "Five Rivers", the poet Li Baiyou's poem "I heard that Wang Changling moved to Longbiao Kiln to the left and sent this message" chanted: "Huayang has fallen to the ground, and Wendaolong has crossed the Five Rivers. I am worried about the bright moon, and I will follow you until Yelangxi. " Tongren area in eastern Guizhou is adjacent to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, belonging to "Wuxi area", and still retains many ancient customs, the most obvious of which is eating Spring Club meals and Qingming bars. Spring Club Rice, commonly known as "social rice", was originally a holiday food for the Spring Club Festival. Now, it is eaten around the festival and even all the year round. It is not restricted by the festival, and many restaurants sometimes serve it.
For a long time, every year in the second lunar month, villagers of all ethnic groups living in Wuxi have celebrated the Spring Festival. Every family happily went up the mountain to pick mugwort, satirized garlic, washed and cut into pieces, squeezed out bitter juice, roasted it with slow fire, mixed it with glutinous rice, glutinous rice, bacon, garlic sprouts, spiced spices, salt and salt in a proper proportion, and refuted it with wood. Looking at its shape, it looks like "potherb rice", obviously retaining the remnants of life collected in ancient times, but it tastes very delicious.
