Overview of Wagong Scenic Spot
Located in Huangzhong, Shexian County, Hebei Province, the Forbidden City is one of the five sacred places for ancestor worship in China. It is the largest existing historical and cultural relic in China with the earliest construction time and the widest influence area, and is known as "Huaxia Ancestral Temple". Founded in the Northern Qi Dynasty, from 550 to 577 AD, it has a history of 1400 years. It is the place where Nu Wa "tried to mend the sky" in myths and legends.

Tile Palace, commonly known as "Grandma Top", is located halfway up Tangmong Kok in the northwest of Shexian County. Here, the mountains and rivers are beautiful, surrounded by flowing water and the scenery is beautiful. It is one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Shexian County and a famous tourist attraction. Tile palace is surrounded by mountains and waters, making good use of nature, and is called "the land of nature". The architecture here is not only magnificent and unique, but also preserves the rare cliff stone carvings in China. It is a rare natural and cultural landscape and is listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit.

In 2005, Shexian Wagong was rated as a national 4A-level tourist attraction. In 2006, Shexian was named as the hometown of Nuwa culture in China by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and China People's Association, and the China Nuwa Culture Research Center was established, and The goddess patching the sky was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage.

Shexian will also serve as a place to contact various domestic Nuwa relics, experts and scholars, and set up China Nuwa Cultural Friendship Association to strengthen communication, jointly hold academic seminars, deeply explore and study Nuwa culture, and jointly declare the world cultural heritage.
