Provisions on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities Article 54 A student may be expelled from school under any of the following circumstances:

Referring to Article 63 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities, students may be ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school as appropriate in any of the following circumstances:

(1) There are reactionary remarks and actors who oppose the Four Cardinal Principles; Insist on organizing and inciting disturbances, disrupting social order, undermining stability and unity, insulting and slandering others;

(2) Violating the criminal law of the State and constituting a criminal offence;

(3) Destroying public property and stealing state, collective or private property, causing serious losses and harm;
