Behavioral conditions. Must have good moral quality and strong principles, loyalty and reliability, good conduct, decent style, serious and responsible, moderate words and deeds, proper social interaction, free from interference of various interests and bad hobbies.
Ability conditions. Must have the professional quality and ability required for classified positions. The work of secret-related posts is highly professional and technical, which requires the secret-related personnel to have the professional quality and knowledge and skills of secret-related work.
Secret personnel
The legitimate rights and interests of secret-related personnel are protected by law. Secret-related personnel refer to those who work in secret-related posts and are divided into core secret-related personnel, important secret-related personnel and general secret-related personnel according to the degree of secret-related.
Knowledge expansion:
According to the regulations of state secret organs, secret-related personnel are divided into three categories: general secret-related personnel, important secret-related personnel and core secret-related personnel, and are classified according to the secret level involved. Secret-related personnel must have corresponding qualifications such as security review.
Secret-related personnel shall be responsible for keeping confidential the state secrets they know, and shall not disclose, transfer, copy or otherwise disclose secret information without authorization.
