Hutou Street was formed earlier. During the Ming Dynasty (1436- 1449), after Li Sen donated silver to dig through the boulder in Qingxi Yuangang, ships could go straight from Hutou to Quanzhou, and Hutou flourished from then on. The waterway has nine bends and eighteen bends, and the whole journey is about 90 kilometers. Sail along the water conservancy ship for about 20 hours and return against the current for about 60 hours. Hutou has four ancient roads leading to Yongchun, Datian, Dehua, Hua 'an and Zhangping, which has become a commodity distribution center in Anxi, mountainous areas and coastal areas. The rivers in the west of Anxi belong to the Jiulong River system. Goods shipped from Jiulong River can reach Xuzhou Market in Futian Township through culverts, and then be transported to Hutou by small traders in Baishiwei, Shuangqiwei, Duoqingwei, Shanpingwei, Fuchunwei and Changkengwei. Goods from Bai Tao, Delingha and Quanzhou were trafficked to Zhangzhou and Tingzhou through Hutou, and Hutou became Quanzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Changzhou. In the Ming Dynasty, Hutou Street was called "Li Sanchang Street". Ming Jiajing's "Anxi County Records" contains: "Hutou City, influenced by it, the department store suddenly called' Little Quanzhou'." Qing Qianlong's "Anxi County Records" states: Tiger Head "goes up to Zhang Ting, Mausoleum and down to Xingquan, where business travelers go and where boats and cars pass, it is a meeting place. Those who live among the people are embroidering mistakes, fireworks are connected, and the area around the city is twice that of local cultural relics. Therefore, Quan Zhi is known as the' Little Quanzhou' cloud. " At that time, the streets were narrow and the buildings were simple. A fire broke out in 19 (1930), and houses and shops along the street were burned down. In the same year, Chen Guohui, the local people's army, led his troops to Hutou, organized reconstruction, widened the streets and made them accessible to cars. In memory of Sun Yat-sen, it was named Zhongshan Street. After liberation, shops and houses were renovated. In 2000, Hutou was listed as a demonstration township for the construction of 30 small towns in Quanzhou, and Fuzhou Bada Urban Planning and Design Institute was hired to make overall planning and gradually transform and expand the old city. Hutou Street has a long history and talented people come forth in large numbers. From the eighth year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1580) to the twenty-second year of Qingganlong (1757), there were 22 scholars in Hutou Street. Li Guangdi, a great scholar at Wenyuange in the early Qing Dynasty, is a rare scholar in Anxi history. At that time, many Hutou people went to Beijing to be officials and learned a lot of Beijing cooking techniques. Combined with local specialties such as tiger's head rice noodles and white rice cakes, they have created many kinds of unique snacks, which are widely known. Therefore, there is a saying that "the top street is covered with taro, and the bottom street is covered with taro", which has spread to this day. The main traditional foods are fried rice noodles, taro buns, steamed buns with salted bamboo shoots, frozen beef, spring cakes, oranges, chicken rolls, white jiaozi, fried leeks, stir-fried steamed buns and so on. In ancient times, Hutou Street had rich cultural activities during the Spring Festival. From the first day of the first month to the seventeenth day, people nicknamed it "a crazy year and a crazy festival". There is a folk jingle: "On the first day, on the second day, the rat on the third day marries the bride, the fourth day God goes to heaven, the fifth day leaves, the sixth day is fertilized, the seventh day 77 yuan, the eighth day is complete, the ninth day is born, the tenth day is born, the eleventh day invites the son-in-law, the twelfth day worships back and forth, the thirteenth day porridge, the fourteenth day mustard greens, the fifteenth day Ming, and the sixteenth day male. During the Spring Festival, there is a high-level drama in Hutou Street. Incense ceremonies are also held in various temples dedicated to streets, such as Sheren Gong at the end of the street, Tian Du Marshal at the head of the shop, Guan Di of the Seven Villages, the God of Zhai Dou, Sanguan Temple and the Maharaja of Monkey Mountain Temple. Pilgrims walked along the bridge and patrolled the streets. There are many unique programs, such as "Wang Gonggong, Qi Zhai Bao, Sanguan Birthday", and some even sing operas. In the early stage, there were nine-horn dramas, that is, in addition to the seven roles of "life, Dan, ugliness, purity, ending, paste and foreign" in Liyuan Opera, two martial arts roles were added. It is said that there was a "Chunxing" troupe in Kengtou, Qingxi Palace in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. The monitor is Li Zhaoyuan, and * * * has four sons who returned to their hometown from Nanyang, and formed the "Spring Festival Trip" Jiujiao Opera. The first performance caused a sensation.
