1. Check the running status of the computer, including startup and shutdown time. Open the path: C:\Windows\Tasks. Double-click the file below to open it.

2. Check the running program record of this machine and open the path: C:\Windows\Prefetch. This folder stores the running records of the program, and the file name is the program. You don't need to look at the subsequent execution code, you can choose to look at the required records of the day.

3. View recently opened files and folders. Enter win+R on the keyboard to open the running window, and enter recent to view it.
