At the same time, the Huludao project in Haikou will be demolished, the hydrodynamic special demonstration and marine environmental impact assessment will be carried out, the Huludao demolition plan will be formulated, and the demolition acceptance will be completed before the end of August 20021year.
In the reconstruction of Haikou Ruyi Island Project, the planning of Ruyi Island (Phase I and Phase II) was optimized and adjusted according to the requirements of the inspector's rectification, and the optimized adjustment plan was demonstrated and publicized according to the procedures. The regulatory adjustment and approval of Ruyi Island (Phase I and Phase II) will be completed before the end of June, 2002/KLOC-0, and the project construction will be started according to law. According to the ecological restoration plan, the beach restoration project and marine ecological environment restoration project near the surrounding waters will be implemented, and the proliferation and release of the surrounding waters and water quality monitoring will be carried out. Implement the planning and construction of the marine ecological environment restoration project of Ruyi Island, ensure that the rectification work is in place, and complete the marine ecological restoration project before the end of August 2022.

The site inspectors were still running when they visited.
Over the years, due to excessive dependence on real estate, the destruction of Hainan's environmental resources has also sounded the alarm. Over-exploitation of real estate in some areas of Hainan has led to serious destruction of the original vegetation, intensified coastal erosion and direct discharge of domestic sewage, which can be described as "purse bulging and ecological destruction", causing irreparable losses to Hainan's ecological environment.
This makes Hainan determined to get rid of its dependence on real estate and change its economic development model. In June last year, when talking about real estate, the relevant person in charge of Hainan Province said that real estate should be strictly controlled. Hainan's real estate should not be built as much as it wants outside and become a real estate processing factory. Our land is limited, and there have been lessons in history, so we cannot be single in building a modern industrial system.
