Zhang Guiguang, a native of Nanhai, Guangdong Province, was born in 1948. Director of China Ancient Chinese Characters Research Association, director of China Calligraphers Association, chairman of Guangdong Calligraphers Association, professor of Chinese Department of South China Normal University, and head of tutor group for master students majoring in Chinese language and writing. Since 1964, his works have participated in exhibitions at or above the provincial level for many times and have been included in the collection of calligraphy works in Zhongnanhai.
