Every principle starts from "today" and focuses on what we have the ability to change, not the worries and anger brought by the past or the future. These principles bring our consciousness to the present and make us feel more present.
I put these principles on the wall as a reminder. They are so simple and pure that they really make me feel a kind of peaceful energy, especially in difficult days. Mr. Jiujing also encourages us to use these principles in reiki practice and daily life to promote a healthy and loving lifestyle.
1. Just today, I'm not angry.
Anger is usually one of the main symptoms of stress and anxiety. Of course, sometimes it's just a negative emotion that makes us depressed. If we learn to control our anger and manage our stress, we also learn to control other emotions.
Some negative emotions, such as anger or jealousy, are very natural emotions-it doesn't mean that you are not a good person. Just because these emotions change our behavior and hinder our connection with love and light.
For example, on a normal morning at work, you may get angry when you meet a grumpy driver. If you choose to take a deep breath, relax, forgive and let go, what are the more possibilities? This is how you extend; If you choose to be angry, or even want to' attack' him and so on, at this time, you will find that you are shrinking.
Just for today, I won't worry.
Stress is the first source of negative energy, which has great energy to degrade our soul and spirit and make us unhappy (unhealthy). Stress can turn us into rude, angry and impatient people-destroying the balance between mind, body and soul.
Applying this rule to your life will remind you that most of the time, the pressure we feel is not worth it. It is better to treat every day with a positive attitude and make up your mind to stay calm.
Following this principle is the key to self-improvement-as time goes by, you will find that your mood has improved significantly and your life will become more enjoyable. So, just today, believe in the spirit, the source, God (or yourself! ), you know everything will be fine, everything is like this.
Just today, I am grateful.
We always ask for more, but only see what we don't have. Let's spend a day thanking everything we have-such as a job, a car that can take you anywhere, a house that can shelter you from the wind and rain, a healthy body, and a family that loves and supports you unconditionally. When we are grateful for what we have, we will attract more good things. The law of attraction shows that like attracts like, but lacks attraction, so keep a positive attitude and be grateful for what you have.
Just today, I tried.
Hard work can bring more goals and meaning to your life. When you work conscientiously and purposefully, you will feel grateful to yourself at the end of the day and gain a sense of accomplishment in your work.
Just today, I am kind to others.
What you pay, you will get ten times the return. Be kind, loving and caring to everyone, even if the other person is not your favorite person. They all deserve love and kindness.
This concept also applies to creatures smaller than us. All life should be respected. Try to be kind to animals and see how you feel. You can feed the birds in the park or donate food to the local animal shelter. Don't spend too much energy.
? At the end of the day, we will feel better by bringing some light and love to others' day, even for a moment.
Although it seems a little difficult to follow these five principles every day, you can try one of them from today. I promise you will be happier at the end of the day.
You can also meditate on these five commandments several times with your hands folded every morning and before going to bed. Just use your heart, read aloud or meditate.
