During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, it belonged to Kuiqiu Town of Qi State, and in the Qing Dynasty it belonged to Housheng Utilization Township. 1928 is the second district, and 1947 is the Shiqiao district. 1958 is the sixth satellite commune. 1July, 966, it was renamed as Guoli Commune. /kloc-0 changed its name to guoli township in April, 1984. 199 1 June, Guoxiang was cancelled and Guoli Town was established. In March of 200 1 year, Houzhuang Town was revoked and merged into Guoli Town.
