There are many cultural relics in the county. Listed as key cultural relics protection units in the city are: Wang Cong Temple, ancient city ruins, Du Fu city site and Yang Xiong tomb; Listed as the county's key cultural relics protection units, there is a "monument to farmers who died in the conflict between the army and the people in this city"; The places of interest listed in the Dictionary of Places of Interest in China edited by National Cultural Heritage Administration include Wang Cong Temple, the site of Du Fu and Yang Xiong Tomb, as well as Ziyun Pavilion. Among the above-mentioned scenic spots and historical sites, Wang Cong Temple is an enlightened joint shrine of Du Yu and Emperor Cong of the ancient Shu State. Founded in the Song Dynasty, it was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty and expanded in 1983, with the area increased from 22 mu to 8 1.5 mu. The buildings, platforms, pavilions, pavilions, lakes, roads and greening in the temple have begun to take shape and are open to tourists. Among the unearthed cultural relics, there are many treasures, including the inscription children's songs in the Warring States period, the bronze crossbow machine in the Shu and Han dynasties, the calligraphy tablet in the Eastern Han dynasty, the talking and singing pottery figurines, the portrait sarcophagus, the stone tomb door, the salt well portrait bricks and so on. 1985, five unearthed cultural relics in pixian county were selected by the provincial museum and sent to Japan for exhibition.

Memorial for fallen soldiers in Chongning County, built in February, 1946, is located at the bridge head of Park Lake in Tangchang Town, Pixian County. Surrounded by cypresses, it looks solemn. This monument was built by the people of Chongning County to commemorate the soldiers who died in the bloody battle in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. The whole monument consists of four parts: the top, the main body, the pedestal and the footing, with a height of about 6 meters. The cross section of the footing is square, and the side length is about1.5m. It is made of slats. The base is 1.5m in height, hexagonal in cross section and 1.25m in length on each side, decorated with plum blossom patterns. The monument is 3.8 meters high and square, surrounded by high and low stone tablets, which are closely protected. There are iron bars around the monument, and the words "I am brave and fearless" and "the light of the nation" are written on the left and right sides respectively. The autograph book is engraved with the names of Chongning County Mayor and Qingxing Township Mayor Wang. The books include "Chongning County Anti-Japanese Victory Monument" and "Chongning County Anti-Japanese Monument", which are beautifully carved, red in regular script, clear in handwriting and magnificent. This monument is extremely rare in the whole province and has high historical value. In 2000, the memorial to fallen soldiers in Chongning County was announced by Pixian People's Government as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
