June 5438+October 2003 10, Xinning County People's Government and Fenghuang Ancient City Tourism Co., Ltd. signed the Contract for the Transfer of Management Rights of Six Scenic Spots in Langshan Scenic Area of Hunan Province. According to the contract, from March 28, 2004, Xinning County People's Government will transfer the 48-year management right and development right of all scenic spots within the scope of Langshan Scenic Area to Hunan Langshan Longfeng Tourism Co., Ltd., which was newly established in Langshan, successfully developing the ancient phoenix city in western Hunan and creating an industry marketing myth. The contract also stipulates that in addition to the transfer fee of not less than 760 million yuan, Hunan Langshan Longfeng Tourism Co., Ltd. must invest not less than 654.38 billion yuan in the construction and development of Langshan Scenic Area within 48 years. Langshan Scenic Area has thus opened a new chapter and entered a stage of rapid development.

It can be predicted that in three to five years, Langshan Scenic Area will definitely reach the national AAAA-level tourist area standard; In the near future, through further efforts, we will certainly obtain the qualification certification of world natural heritage, world geological park and international sightseeing and leisure center; By then, Langshan Scenic Area will also become a hot spot to attract domestic and foreign tourists.
