Teaching content: students! Today's legal education allows us to learn the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in People's Republic of China (PRC), which was adopted at the 10th meeting of the 9th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC).

The party and the government have always attached great importance to the healthy growth of the younger generation, placing infinite hopes on the younger generation and giving meticulous care. The state has promulgated many laws and regulations to ensure the healthy growth of teenagers in the form of laws, especially the promulgation and implementation of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in People's Republic of China (PRC), which is of great and far-reaching significance. This is the need of socialist modernization. It is the need to protect the growth of teenagers. The Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency consists of eight chapters, namely: general provisions; Legal education on preventing juvenile delinquency; Prevent the bad behavior of minors; Correct the serious bad behavior of minors; Self-prevention of juvenile delinquency; Prevent teenagers from committing crimes again; Legal liability and supplementary clauses.

Today we will focus on the third chapter of this law. Prevent the bad behavior of minors.

First, the precursor of juvenile delinquency

As the saying goes, "Rome was not built in a day." There is another saying: the wind is the head of the rain. Juvenile delinquency is not an overnight event, but an accumulation and gradual process from quantitative change to qualitative change. There are bound to be many precursors and signals here. This is the truth that small mistakes continue and big mistakes are bound to be made. Some teenagers commit crimes because they have developed bad behaviors for a long time, and they have not been corrected in time and have let themselves go.

According to the common symptoms and signs of illegal crimes and the differences in external manifestations, their precursors are divided into 8 categories and 6 kinds.

1, words: often swearing, talking about men and women, argot slang, telling lies, keeping silent and swearing constantly.

2. Manners: disheveled clothes, depressed mood, fooling around, arrogant and unreasonable, contradictory with teachers, love group fights, forcing things, loyal to friends, overbearing, frivolous and indulgent, restless, secretive, spendthrift and moody.

3. Make friends with "brothers and sisters", whistle for people, send messages to express feelings and tattoo signs.

4, daily life: life is lazy, appetite plummeted, impermanence, wandering in groups.

5. Dressing: Pay attention to dressing, make-up and hairstyle, dressing the.

6. Hobbies: smoking and drinking, taking part in gambling, loitering on the dance floor, stealing books and periodicals, and infatuating with Internet cafes.

7. Bring things home, protective equipment, objects of the opposite sex, and foreign objects in the schoolbag.

8. Schooling: truancy, sudden drop in grades, cheating in exams, making trouble in class, and sleeping in class. The Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency lists nine kinds of bad behaviors:

(1) absenteeism does not return;

(2) controlled props;

(3) Fighting and insulting others;

(4) extorting property from others by force;

(five) theft or intentional destruction of property;

(six) to participate in gambling or gambling in disguise;

(seven) watching and listening to pornographic audio-visual products and reading materials;

(eight) to enter the business ballroom and other places where minors are not allowed to enter according to laws and regulations;

(9) It is a bad behavior that seriously violates social morality.

If teenagers with the above-mentioned bad behaviors are not educated in time and their bad behaviors are not corrected as soon as possible, the further development of bad behaviors will lead to illegal crimes, and the precursors will become illegal and criminal facts.

Example 1: A company in Hubei has successively won 8 cases of burglary and shoplifting, leaving no trace at the scene, and its modus operandi is superb. After investigation, the shadowy criminal gang was composed of 2 1 junior high school students, aged about 13. Some of these people have been infected with bad habits and advantages and disadvantages since they were eight or nine years old, but they can't get timely education and correction, and eventually they go to crime.

Example 2: Beijing once dealt with a robbery gang of eight people, with an average age of less than 14. They committed 15 crimes in less than four months. These eight people were also troubled by bad habits from a very young age, and some of them were not corrected in time, and finally embarked on the road of crime. And the list goes on.

Second, the prevention of juvenile delinquency begins with the prevention of juvenile delinquency.

1, to prevent bad behavior, we should start from childhood and start now. The formation of good habits and behaviors requires long-term training. Prevention of bad behavior must start at an early age;

2. To prevent bad behavior, we should start from specific small things. This is no small matter. If you don't catch it within an hour, it will become a big mistake. Education is not a trivial matter; Grasping small things from childhood and forming good habits over time can stop and correct bad behaviors in time and prevent minors from delaying. Grasping two "small things" is the key link to prevent juvenile delinquency.

Third, establish a correct outlook on life, world and values, and be an ideal, moral, disciplined and educated successor.

The daily behavior standard of middle school students is the behavior standard of middle school students. Efforts should be made to ensure that every student has self-respect, pays attention to the gfd of middle school students, is sincere and friendly, treats others with courtesy, abides by rules and discipline, studies hard, is diligent and thrifty, is filial to parents, is strict with self-discipline and abides by public morality. Morality is noble.

I wish every student is a good student who abides by the law and has excellent academic performance!
