Introduction of Baita Temple
Baita Temple is located at the foot of Tashan Mountain in the north of Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province. Located in Kaijiang Town, Zhongjiang County, about 2 kilometers away from the county center, it is a famous temple in Sichuan. The ancient pagoda of the Song Dynasty on the Beita Mountain behind the temple is a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit in Sichuan. The temple consists of Tianwang Hall, Dizang Hall, THE TEMPLE OF JIALAN Hall, Giant Buddha Hall, Great Mercy Hall, King Kong Hall of David, five floors, five pavilions, five courtyards and one tower. The 28-meter-high open-air Myanmar Jade Buddha statue, 1640 Buddha statues, is wonderful and unique. At present, it is the only Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva King Kong Dojo in China.
