Due to different geographical locations and living habits, China has formed four major cuisines, namely Sichuan cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Guangdong cuisine and Huaiyang cuisine, or eight cuisines, namely Zhejiang cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Hunan cuisine and Anhui cuisine. These are all dietary differences caused by different geographical environments.
