In Du Fu's famous Song of Drinking Eight Immortals, Li Bai's Brewmaster is the finale and Hundred Poems of Li Bai's Fighting for Wine, with a barrel of 4 Jin, which means that Li Bai can drink up to 4 Jin at a time. Of course, this wine is a low-alcohol wine, which you can understand as the current beer. But even so, it is a lot in contemporary times.
Li Bai drank so much wine in his life. What wine did he drink and what wine did he like to drink?
Wine in the Tang Dynasty can be divided into three categories:
Flower wine, rice wine, yellow wine.
Flower wine
wine
Almost as long as it comes to wine, it is inseparable from this poem.
"Grape wine luminous cup, want to drink pipa immediately rush. Lying on the beach drunk, you don't laugh. How many people fought in ancient times? "
Of all the wines that Li Bai has drunk, wine should be the most famous. Since the return of Zhang Qian's trip to the Western Regions in the Han Dynasty, poets of all ages loved it, and Li Bai never left.
"The duck head in the distance is green, which is just the beginning of Pu Tao."
"Cormorants, nautilus cups, 136,000 days, 300 cups a day."
osmanthus wine
Osmanthus wine, Li Bai mentioned once in his poem:
Yao has no history of 3,000 years, and its ancient temple is still preserved. Farewell, drink osmanthus wine, and worship the dance to clear your heart. The color of the sun promotes people's return, and even the songs are fragrant. Ma Si was drunk, let alone broke up.
This poem has been talking about scenery and farewell, and two or three sentences about wine are also very dull. It seems that Li Bai doesn't like this osmanthus wine very much.
Chrysanthemum wine
Chrysanthemum wine is made of chrysanthemum, and some people directly add chrysanthemum and branches and leaves to the wine-making process. Chrysanthemum wine is bitter, which in Li Bai's view coincides with his inner depression.
I just boarded the Longshan banquet yesterday and raised my glass here today. Chrysanthemum is too bitter, and it is the Double Ninth Festival.
After drinking, Li Bai couldn't help saying, "Chrysanthemums are too bitter." It can be seen that Li Bai does not like bitter wine very much.
From super liqueur to sweet osmanthus wine to bitter chrysanthemum wine, it seems that Li Bai should like liqueur!
Yellow wine and yellow wine are both sweet wines, and Li Bai's favorite of these two wines!
rice wine
In the Tang Dynasty, rice wine was not called "rice wine", but "muddy wine" and "green ant".
Because the wine surface is covered with wine residue foam, like ants, the wine is opaque and turbid.
First, I heard that wine is better than saints, and then I heard that turbidity is better than saints. Since the sage is drunk, why ask the immortal?
It means that since sages also drink, why don't I just learn from sages and think about becoming immortal?
The "turbid" in the above poem is turbid wine, that is, rice wine, which is compared to a saint. "Qing" means sake, and sake is compared to a saint.
Sake is not filtered rice wine, but rice repeatedly brewed and filtered, which is a kind of yellow rice wine.
yellow rice wine
Yellow rice wine is a kind of wine that has been repeatedly brewed and filtered, and its concentration is higher than that of yellow rice wine. The point is that it is sweet.
There are many kinds of yellow rice wine in Tang Dynasty, such as Xinfeng Liquor, lanling wine, Jinlingchun, etc. Most of them are named after place names.
The most popular ones are Xinfeng Liquor and lanling wine.
Purpose; Interests; Reason; Reason; Sake
Li Bai said in "It's hard to go to the sky" that "the pure wine fee is a gold cup, and 10,000 copper coins are a hip flask". This sake is not only comparable to a saint, but also very expensive. Li Bai, who is rich and willful, likes to drink sake very much. Eat chicken and drink when you are happy;
When I came back from the mountain, the liquor was maturing, and the yellow chicken grew fat in the autumn of grain. Calling the boys to stew yellow chicken for me, the children shouted my cotton cloth with a smile.
Drink even if you are sad: Ling Tao is drunk every day, and I don't know what to do. Su Qin has no strings and pours wine with a towel.
The cost of pure wine is a gold cup, 10 thousand copper coins and a hip flask, and the jade plate is worth 10 thousand yuan.
The spring breeze suddenly passes in the east, and the golden urn and wine make microwaves.
As above, "white wine" refers to sake, and "Lu wine" and "Lu wine" are a brewing process of sake.
It can be said that Li Bai has great enthusiasm for sake.
Xinfengjiu
Xinfeng wine and lanling wine are the two most famous yellow rice wines. There is hardly anyone in the Tang Dynasty who doesn't like these two kinds of wine.
Southern Xinfeng wine, Dongshan prostitute Song. If you are not satisfied with Jun Jun, why worry?
But Li Bai ordered the most expensive Xinfeng wine, but he was still unhappy. This wine looks expensive, but it's not good enough.
Good wine will definitely solve your worries. So there is the following lanling wine.
Lanling wine
Lanling wine, as its name implies, is the wine produced in Lanling. This place has a long history of making wine, and the wine produced is also very good, especially in jade bowls, and even amber light.
This amber light proves that lanling wine has been fermented and filtered for many times and belongs to the first-class good wine.
Best of all, you can forget your troubles in the bowl.
"But the master can get drunk, and he doesn't know where he is." A bowl can make Li Bai forget Chang 'an's frustration. There is no doubt that this bowl of wine is just what Li Bai wants, and Li Bai wrote such a natural and fluent poem to praise lanling wine because of drunkenness.
However, the wine that really made Li Bai love from the bottom of his heart was Jin Lingchun. For Jin Lingchun, he can "take off his shirt with the general".
Jinlingchun
Jinlingchun is a spring wine produced in Jinling (now Nanjing).
Spring wine is a kind of wine that people drink in spring after repeated brewing in winter. Among the spring wines brewed all over the country, Li Bai likes Jinlingchun best.
In order to drink Jinlingchun, Li Bai even took out his robe-Ziqiqiu to make wine. It can be said that he likes this wine very much.
From this perspective, Li Bai drank a lot of wine during his stay in Brewmaster, but the only wines he really liked were sake, Xinfeng wine, lanling wine, Jinlingchun and foreign wine.
