2 people's social APP inquiry. Some places have launched their own people's social APP, which can be queried by downloading the local people's social APP.
3 People's agent official website inquired. Log on to the website of the People's Social Security Bureau of the insured place, register and open a personal account with social security card, ID card and other information, and you can inquire about the details of personal medical insurance.
4 Designated bank inquiry. You can check your own medical insurance consumption records on the self-service inquiry machine of the medical insurance card issuer.
5. Social security agency inquiry. Bring your ID card and social security card to the social security agency in the insured area for enquiry.
6 third-party APP query. Search for "city service" directly on Alipay and WeChat, and click to find the medical insurance consumption record query. Some places do not support inquiries through Alipay and WeChat.
Legal basis: Article 23 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees shall participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and both employers and employees shall pay the basic medical insurance premium according to the provisions of the state.
Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic medical insurance for employees and other flexible employees can participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and individuals pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations.
