He is the seventh hero in the world, the son of Luo Yi, the prince of Yan, and the cousin of Qin Qiong. He is proficient in marksmanship. Because of his fair skin and handsome face, he was nicknamed "Cheng, a sniper". Later, he joined the Wagangzhai Rebel Army with Cheng and others and broke the long snake array. After the dissolution, Wagangjun joined the Wang camp, switched to the throne, and was named Lord Yue, known as Zhao Yun in the novel.
