This "time-honored brand" was originally founded by Zhuang and his brothers in Jinjiang on 19 15. The site was originally located in Qingyang Town. It is said that the Zhuang brothers used to sell fruits for a living, sometimes pickled unsalable fruits, and gradually explored a set of experience in processing candied fruit, and later set up a candied fruit workshop. At first, there were only two products: Li Xian cake and Qi Zhen plum. Gradually, it became famous in Qingyang area, so it expanded its business and produced many products, such as green fruit black beans, salted dates, fragrant fruits, eight treasures plums and so on. Later, a branch factory was set up in Shima, Longhai, named "Yuanhetang", which means "the source water becomes sweet, and the end is mixed". At that time, this signboard was so famous that "Qingyang Lixian Cake" was also mentioned in the lyrics of the local opera "Guanfuge".
