To make a data report, you need to make clear the data you need to analyze first, and then process the data. Although it looks basic, it needs some basic skills. With the data, the next step is to present the data, that is, to make our data report.

With the increase of data volume, the content of data report analysis is more and more. A good data report needs to add some elements such as title, multi-line text, picture link, video and so on. In addition to visual presentation, so as to make a more visual dashboard effect, data changes every second. Fortunately, the advanced dashboard recently launched by BDP Personal Edition has these effects. Try to make a report, as shown below:

2. How to make personalized data reports? When "Add Dashboard", select Advanced Dashboard to add. In addition, click the "Design" button in the upper right corner of the dashboard to edit.

In the editing interface, you can make a cool dashboard according to your own needs. Let's take the analysis of earthquake data in the disaster area as an example to explain it ~

First: Create a personalized dashboard.

In the advanced dashboard, you can customize the dashboard page size in the page size according to your own needs, and you can also customize the settings of the background color and border color of the dashboard page, as shown in the following figure:

Note: the grid reference line is displayed by default, and friends can customize it ~

Second: add dashboard title.

A good dashboard must have a title name. Click "Title" in the upper left corner to add ~

Note: The multi-line text adding operation is the same as the title adding operation.

Third: Add a chart &; Elements such as pictures.

Click "Chart" in the upper left corner to quickly add a chart. In the dashboard design interface, you can quickly customize chart values, labels, display titles and other functions. Of course, you can also customize the chart editing interface, as shown in Figure 2:

For image insertion, just click "Image" in the upper left corner, and then paste the image link you want to insert into the sidebar application on the right:

Note: The video insertion operation is the same as the picture insertion operation.

In the advanced dashboard, only image links with JPEG, JPG, PNG and GIF suffixes and video links with MP4 and MOV suffixes are supported.

Finally: Export Dashboard

Click "three points" in the upper right corner to export the advanced dashboard ~
