What are the five ancient bridges in China?
● Zhao Zhouqiao

Zhao Zhouqiao, also known as "Anji Bridge", is located 2.5 kilometers south of Zhao County, Hebei Province. Across the north and south banks of Lianshui. It was built in the great cause of the Sui Dynasty (605-6 16) by the famous craftsman Li Chun. It has a history of 1300 years.

Because the bridge body is made of stone, it is commonly known as "Dashiqiao".

● Luoyang Bridge

Luoyang Bridge: The earliest existing cross-sea beam bridge in China, located on the Luoyang River in the eastern suburb of Quanzhou, Fujian Province, is the beginning of the raft foundation of bridges in the world and a national key cultural relics protection unit.

● Guangji Bridge

Guangji Bridge is located outside the east gate of the ancient city of Chaozhou, Guangdong Province.

Spanning the vast Han River and living in the transportation hub of Fujian and Guangdong, Mao Yisheng, a famous bridge expert, praised it as "the earliest opening and closing bridge in the world" with its unique style of "18 shuttles and 24 continents".

● Jihongqiao

On the bank of the Lancang River, 50 kilometers away from Baoshan City, and on the Jin Lan Ferry of Gupu South Road, there is a Ji Hong Tiesuo Bridge built in the 11th year of Ming Chenghua (AD 1475).

Jihongqiao is the oldest cable-stayed bridge in the world.

In ancient times, this bridge was the crossroads of the "Poisonous Road of Shu God" and an important channel for China to communicate with Myanmar, India and even West Asia.
