When it comes to food, there are pears and roast ducks in Beijing, hairy crabs and Nanxiang steamed buns in Shanghai, rice wine and zongzi in Jiaxing, Wuchang fish and duck neck in Wu Hanyou ... In Zhoushan, the first thing people think of is seafood.

Zhoushan is known as "the seafood capital of China". There are shenjiamen, a world-famous fishing port, Putuo Mountain, a famous Buddhist mountain, and good air in China.

However, there are so many kinds of seafood, can it represent Zhoushan specialty?

Thank you for inviting me! Every city has its own food culture. They all have their own specialties and are representative. Zhoushan seems to be a coastal city, and there are countless kinds of seafood. However, there is an absolutely civilized way to eat, which can be said that the whole family is happy and everyone knows it. Delicious, nutritious, lingering and memorable. And it is suitable for all ages. It is the famous Zhoushan grilled fish fillet!

Zhoushan fishing ground has a lot of seafood, but most of them have been eaten without special surprise!

Only this kind of red shrimp is really delicious in the world, and its eyebrows and eyes are fresh! Generally can't eat. We are also friends and relatives of TOEFL. We went to the fishing boat early in the morning to collect it and pinch it ourselves. A big washbasin weighs more than ten kilograms, and everyone keeps eating. Full!

Even Ningbo people can't eat this goods!

I am from Ningbo, and Zhoushan people are our brothers in Ningbo. Zhoushan was directly under Ningbo in history, but I grew up and separated, and it has been more than 30 years. Many young people in Zhoushan may not know this history now, but they should still feel that Ningbo people are closer. After all, the language and customs are similar, and Zhoushan people will not feel alienated when they study and work in Ningbo.

Zhoushan often goes there, and it is convenient to have a cross-sea bridge. In addition to feeling a little entangled in crossing the bridge toll, I often go to Putuo Mountain to worship Bodhisattva. Dinghai Island and Putuo Zhujiajian Island Island are the most visited, as well as Liu Heng. The food in Zhoushan is really similar to Ningbo, especially seafood, but Zhoushan's is fresher and more expensive. I don't know whether there are many tourists or the transportation fee in Zhoushan is expensive. I feel that Zhoushan is really higher than Ningbo, and there are seafood prices. I thought going to Zhoushan would be more expensive.

Is there any special food in Zhoushan, or what you can recommend to foreign friends, I will just say what I have eaten:

1: seafood noodles

There are also seafood noodles in Xiangshan Ninghai and other places in Ningbo, but you still have to eat seafood noodles when you arrive in Zhoushan. Eating seafood noodles feels 40 yuan per capita, which is not too expensive. It depends on what ingredients you want to add. Usually you will adjust it yourself in the freezer, and the price will be posted on the wall. What I want to say is that Zhoushan's seafood noodle soup is really ok, except for a few that feel too oily. The most obvious thing is to highlight the flavor of seafood itself. It shows that monosodium glutamate is probably put away, and seafood fried rice noodles can be tried. Personally, I still want to go to shenjiamen to eat seafood noodles, such as X beads. Zhoushan people should know that it is a little expensive and tastes really good, but sometimes there is no room and the shop is a little small.

2. Jin Tang Hua Mei and Jin Tang Ma Bing

Plums are on the market in summer, so we should try the golden soup plums. The green skin and red hearts are bloody, sweet and crisp, and they are especially delicious when broken. However, this kind of plum is not easy to preserve, so some foreign friends might as well buy some and take them back. Now Jintang Plum seems to have developed plum wine, plum drink and so on. Speaking of golden soup and sesame cakes, it seems that they have to be delivered before marriage. The taste is not special, but it represents the joy of getting married.

3. Myrica rubra in Zhoushan

Everyone only knows Zhoushan's seafood and so on. Yangmei feels that it is a specialty of Yuyao Xianju. In fact, after eating late rice bayberry in Zhoushan, you will find wow! Myrica rubra in Zhoushan is not as delicious as Bai Quan and Ma 'ao. Late rice bayberry is not cheap, at least 3 1 kg. It's small and dark purple. I guess the variety is still water chestnut, which is similar to Yuyao Yangmei. Myrica rubra, a late rice in Zhoushan, can be said to be one of the best varieties in China. Myrica rubra has been planted in Zhoushan for thousands of years. Due to the production decision, it is estimated that there is only water chestnut.

I am from Zhoushan, and I like to eat. This is my dream, but it is impossible.

There are so many photos in my photo album that I can't put them down. Let's start with the delicious food in Zhoushan.

Speaking of Zhoushan, it must be seafood. I put some seafood, snacks that Zhoushan people often eat and pictures of eating at home.

First three

Shrimp swimming, white shrimp, Thai Xia Hong shrimp, new shrimp and Pipi shrimp ...

There are white crabs and red crabs (cream crabs), which can be roasted, steamed, steamed and fried, and cut into small pieces to make crab bone sauce and choke crabs. What's even more delicious is that the crabs in seafood noodles are so fresh.

Fish, hairtail, eel, pomfret, Ankang fish, small yellow croaker and Changling can be salted, fried, smoked, stewed and steamed. ...

Address: No.75, Caishi Road, shenjiamen Street, Putuo District

The rest is what I eat when I go home. Home is so attractive, I love going home.
