I am from Ningbo, and Zhoushan people are our brothers in Ningbo. Zhoushan was directly under Ningbo in history, but I grew up and separated, and it has been more than 30 years. Many young people in Zhoushan may not know this history now, but they should still feel that Ningbo people are closer. After all, the language and customs are similar, and Zhoushan people will not feel alienated when they study and work in Ningbo.
Zhoushan often goes there, and it is convenient to have a cross-sea bridge. In addition to feeling a little entangled in crossing the bridge toll, I often go to Putuo Mountain to worship Bodhisattva. Dinghai Island and Putuo Zhujiajian Island Island are the most visited, as well as Liu Heng. The food in Zhoushan is really similar to Ningbo, especially seafood, but Zhoushan's is fresher and more expensive. I don't know whether there are many tourists or the transportation fee in Zhoushan is expensive. I feel that Zhoushan is really higher than Ningbo, and there are seafood prices. I thought going to Zhoushan would be more expensive.
Is there any special food in Zhoushan, or what you can recommend to foreign friends, I will just say what I have eaten:
1: seafood noodles
There are also seafood noodles in Xiangshan Ninghai and other places in Ningbo, but you still have to eat seafood noodles when you arrive in Zhoushan. Eating seafood noodles feels 40 yuan per capita, which is not too expensive. It depends on what ingredients you want to add. Usually you will adjust it yourself in the freezer, and the price will be posted on the wall. What I want to say is that Zhoushan's seafood noodle soup is really ok, except for a few that feel too oily. The most obvious thing is to highlight the flavor of seafood itself. It shows that monosodium glutamate is probably put away, and seafood fried rice noodles can be tried. Personally, I still want to go to shenjiamen to eat seafood noodles, such as X beads. Zhoushan people should know that it is a little expensive and tastes really good, but sometimes there is no room and the shop is a little small.
2. Jin Tang Hua Mei and Jin Tang Ma Bing
Plums are on the market in summer, so we should try the golden soup plums. The green skin and red hearts are bloody, sweet and crisp, and they are especially delicious when broken. However, this kind of plum is not easy to preserve, so some foreign friends might as well buy some and take them back. Now Jintang Plum seems to have developed plum wine, plum drink and so on. 3. Myrica rubra in Zhoushan
Everyone only knows Zhoushan's seafood and so on. Yangmei feels that it is a specialty of Yuyao Xianju. In fact, after eating late rice bayberry in Zhoushan, you will find wow! Myrica rubra in Zhoushan is not as delicious as Bai Quan and Ma 'ao. Late rice bayberry is not cheap, at least 3 1 kg. It's small and dark purple. I guess the variety is still water chestnut, which is similar to Yuyao Yangmei. Myrica rubra, a late rice in Zhoushan, can be said to be one of the best varieties in China.
