It is called the "Upper and Lower Hall" together with the Fenyang Palace built by Yang Di in the fourth year of Daye (608) in Tianchi, Ningwu. Since the Tang Dynasty, due to the special geographical location of Ninghua, it began to develop from Miyagi to a military defense castle, where the imperial court stationed heavy troops from time to time. "The History of the Qing Dynasty: Ning Wuzhi" records that "Ninghua City was built because of the outline of the old city of Miyagi in Suifenyang". Once called "Niu Jiao City", it is one of the horns of "Woniu City" (now Xinzhou, Shanxi). In the fourth year of rejuvenating Song Taiping (979), Ninghua Military Port was established, and Ninghua County was juxtaposed with it. The Ming Dynasty city wall was built on the basis of Song Cheng, with a circumference of more than two miles and a height of three feet and one foot. Ninghua ancient city has a long history and many cultural relics. In addition to the site of Miyagi in Fenyang in Sui Dynasty, there are the former site of Song Cheng, brick walls in Ming and Qing Dynasties, Guandi Temple and Wanfo Cave. , well preserved, is the province's key cultural relics protection units. It is said that Ninghua City was built in Qin and Han Dynasties. The Sui Dynasty expanded the city to six miles and forty-one steps. In the sixth year of Song Jiayou, the Ninghua Army was established because the Xixia people invaded the pass, and the title of Ninghua Song Cheng came from this. In 22 years, Jin Dazong set up Ninghua House and was promoted to the Secretariat House. Later, the city was rebuilt and rebuilt, and more than 3000 flag soldiers were stationed in the Qing Dynasty. Crossing the suspension bridge, to the other side of Fenhe River and to Song Cheng, you can see the broken city gates, urns, city walls, yamen, official roads, Guandi Temple, teaching grounds, Fenyang Palace ruins and brick kilns in the Ming Dynasty. The Wanfo Cave, which faces Song Cheng across the river, was built halfway up Ningcheng. Climbing up the stairs, I gradually saw the traces of the huge and steep running water in Ningcheng Mountain. The lintel is engraved with the three characters "Ten Thousand Buddha Cave", the stone pillars on both sides of the cave are engraved with stone couplets, and the stone tablets on both sides are engraved with poems, recording the excavation process of that year. During the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty 19, Master Miao Feng, who built many famous buildings, took a boat to Luya Mountain in Pilufo Dojo and passed Ningcheng Mountain, where he saw the steep stone walls. So he decided to dig a hole to make a Buddha, which started in that year and was completed in five years. Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty 10, a master of true cultivation, gained a great reputation, and raised funds to rebuild Buddhist caves. After 10, a group of Buddhist caves dominated by ten thousand Buddha caves was carved. The statue in the center of the Ten Thousand Buddha Cave is Sakyamuni Buddha, and on the left is disciple Ananda. On the opposite stone pillar, there are proud standing generals, columns and walls, and the originally dense small Buddha statues were unfortunately destroyed. Go back to Ninghua and enter Guancen Mountain Valley to the west. It takes about an hour's drive to Luya Mountain. Luya Mountain is 2754 meters above sea level. As early as the Tang Dynasty, this was the Pilufo Dojo. Ancient literati and monks were honored as Luya Dishan. There are many temples on the top of the mountain, so it is called "Buddha Peak". At the top of the mountain, there are many temples from the foot of the mountain to the top of the Buddha. First there is a step road, and then it gradually enters the virgin forest. The lily is paved into a "carpet", which is light and soft to step on, and every step is a beautiful feeling. The cool climate in autumn just saves the sweat. On the top of the Buddha, three stone peaks stand side by side. From the first stone peak to the second stone peak, you must pass through the bundle gorge. Looking down, you will know that the two stone peaks are adjacent from the foot of the mountain to the peak, but they are not connected. Only by propping up the rock wall sideways and carefully stepping on the bridge made of two pine trees can we "survive" from the dark crevices. The small and exquisite Prince's Hall, built on the cracked stone of the third stone peak cliff, is in a very dangerous position. From the "Nine Stems Ladder" to the Prince's Hall, there is almost no stopping space around, and there is a dazzling stream at the foot. According to legend, the ancients prayed for rain, and the gong fell from here. When they came back the next year, they heard the sound of landing. Although exaggerated, it is extremely profound! Looking across the stream, the top of the Buddha is surrounded by more than a dozen peaks, such as Xiaolu Cliff, Mountain Crouching Tiger Ping, Shihou Cliff, Zifeng Cliff, Phoenix Ridge and Kanhuatai. After passing a mountain in Songtao, it seems that the road at that time was as thin as a gossamer in the forest ... it was about half an hour's drive from Luya Mountain to Heyeping. Heyeping is 2874 meters above sea level, which is the largest alpine meadow in northern China, with endless blue waves. This is a good natural pasture with strong wild interest. The ancient city of Ninghua has completely preserved the architectural style of the Song Dynasty, and the traces of time can be clearly seen from the remaining city walls. The core is the stone of Sui Dynasty, the middle is the city brick of Song Dynasty, and the outermost layer is wrapped with the city brick of Ming Dynasty. Ningwu County Chronicle Ninghua City: In the sixth year of Song Jiayou (106 1), Xixia people from Hexi came to Guanguan to form Ninghua Army, which was built on the outline of the former site of Suifenyang Miyagi, from which the Jin and Yuan Dynasties started. In the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369), Ninghua Inspection Department was set up, and Shanxi Commanders sent governors and handsome officials to stop 270 steps in Liuli and Nanxiang of the old city and build 197 steps on the hillside in the east of the city. Five years (1372), Yan 'an Hou Tang Zongsheng, Qian Cheng Tang, made great achievements. The city is three feet high and one foot deep, with six towers. In the eleventh year (1378), the inspection department was changed to Ninghua Shouqian Household and transferred to Shanxi Capital. Jiajing years, transferred to Ningwu. Ten thousand (calendar) fourteen years (1586), Guitucheng was built with bricks. When the Ninghua Institute was changed, there were more than a thousand households and a city official. Among them, Jingle Cang is also the inspection department of Ninghua.
