In the sixth year of Ding Yuan (BC 1 165438), Hepu County was established, belonging to Hepu County. Now Pubei County is under the jurisdiction of Hepu County.
In the 19th year of Jianwu (AD 43), the resident of Hepu County moved from xuwen county, Guangdong Province to Hepu County, which is now the head of Jiuzhou Ancient City, Quanshui Town, Pubei County.
Southern and Northern Dynasties
