The Tang Dynasty belongs to Ruyin County, Yingzhou, West Henan Road. In the first year of Gan Yuan (758), it belonged to Yingzhou.

In the early years of Song Zhao, it belonged to Northwest Beijing Road, Shunchang Ruyin County.

In the thirty-first year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty, that is, the first year of Jin Shizong Dading (11), the Jin army occupied Shunchang, changed Shunchang to Yingzhou, and administered Yingshang.

Yingshang County, the escrow county of Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located at the intersection of Huaihe River and Heying, with an area of 65,438 0.859 square kilometers, 65,438 0.03 million hectares of cultivated land and a population of 65,438 0.72 million.
