Lingbi, a county under the jurisdiction of Suzhou City, Anhui Province, was analyzed in the first year of Song and Yuan Dynasties (1086). Lingbi Town, Hongxian County, Suzhou (now Sixian County) belongs to Suzhou and moved to Huainan East Road. Later, because of the beautiful mountains and rivers and rugged rocks, it was renamed Lingbi.
