Dongchu Island Village, also known as Jundao and Jundao. Under Rongcheng Shidao Ningjin Sub-district Office, it is located in the north of Shidaowan Provincial Tourism Resort, 20 kilometers away from Shidao Port, with beautiful natural environment, rich local folk culture, numerous folk customs, rich seafood resources and dignified food culture. The land area is 420 mu, 180 households with a population of 460. The straw house in Caspian Village has its own characteristics. On June 9th, 2007, it was awarded as a famous historical and cultural village in China by the Ministry of Construction and National Cultural Heritage Administration.

Dongchudao Village was founded in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, which has many ancient historical sites, folklore and fishermen's folk customs, and has distinctive marine cultural characteristics. There are 650 seagrass houses in the village, which are the best preserved in Jiaodong.
