Hua Qian Road and Bridge in Tianzhu County is located on Zhuanglang River and consists of north and south parts. The old bridge in the south was built in 1972, which is a reinforced concrete slab bridge. Due to years of disrepair, cracks appeared in many places on the bridge deck, and the pier foundation was washed away by the flood to form a cavity, which has become a dangerous bridge. The northern section is widened, and the bridge is reinforced and widened by the general section of Wuwei Highway 1999.
