Let's start with the place of origin. Yuexi, Shucheng and Tongcheng are respectively affiliated to Yuexi County, Shucheng County and Tongcheng City in Anhui Province. Therefore, Cuilan Yuexi, Shucheng Xiaolan and Tongcheng Xiaohua are all famous Anhui teas. It belongs to a family (Anhui). Although they belong to the same family, different places of origin will inevitably lead to different tastes of tea. Orchids in Cuilan Yuexi and Shucheng are originated from the northern subtropical monsoon climate, with humid air, relatively low temperature and abundant rain and snow. Because of the steep mountains, the microclimate is extremely complicated. The origin of Tongcheng floret belongs to subtropical humid monsoon climate zone. There is plenty of rainfall, sunshine and relatively mild temperature.
Second, talk about tea species. Cuilan Yuexi is a shrub-type mesophyll tea tree. Tongcheng Xiaohua also introduced high-quality tea trees such as Fuding Dabai Tea and Longjing No.43 during the planting process. Shucheng small orchids are different from these two kinds, mainly taking Shucha Zaozao, Shanpo Qing and Texiang as tea species.
Further discussion on tea. Cuilan Yuexi tea soup is green and clear, with clear and lasting aroma and fresh and sweet taste. Its tea leaves are connected together, just like green orchids after soaking, which is also the origin of the tea name; Shucheng Xiaolan flower tea soup is light green and clear, and the aroma has obvious orchid fragrance. After the tea leaves are soaked, the branches stand upright and look like bluegrass. Compared with Shucheng small orchid, Tongcheng small flower tea is more stretched in shape and greener in color. The aroma is light and delicious, with orchid flowers in it. Simply put? Cui Cui Tang Qing, Lantian sweet rhyme? It is Tongcheng Xiaohua.
Finally, let's look at the history of these three teas. Tongcheng floret has the longest history, which appeared as early as the Ming Dynasty, followed by Shucheng orchid, which was created in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Both belong to famous historical teas. On the other hand, Cuilan Yuexi is the youngest and was not invented until 1985. Although he is young, he has long been famous through his own strength.
