Historically, India is only a geographical concept, and no empire has ever truly unified the subcontinent (whether it is the Peacock Dynasty or the Mughal Empire). After Britain invaded India, it gradually annexed and encroached upon it, and finally incorporated the vast territory from Afghanistan to Myanmar into British India, with Queen Victoria as the Queen of India. However, India itself is not unified because of the great differences in nationality, religion and race.
1947, India was divided. Today, Pakistan and Bangladesh (Dongba and Xiba, Dongba became Bangladesh in 197 1) are independent countries for Pakistan because they are Muslims, and the rest are mainly Hindus, especially for India.
