In the fourth year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1665), Shui Xiankun and Wu Sa 'an were pacified. In five years (1666), Wushatu Prefecture in Sichuan was changed to Weining Prefecture, and Weizhen was transferred to Guizhou for peace.

In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), the abandoned Weining House was located in Weining County, and Deshengpo County was established, which was under the fourth administrative office of Guizhou Province.
