Soybean, also known as vegetable soybean, is called branch bean in Japan, which is a vegetable soybean with tender pods dedicated to fresh food in soybean crops. Soybean is a fresh soybean with pods.

Soybean is what we call soybean. Soybeans were edamame when they were young because there were many fine hairs on the pods!

When it matures and becomes Huang Shi, it becomes soybean. The pod is the same, except that the beans in it are many colors, most of which are yellow, black and light green.
