Production practice is an important part of university practice, and the school attaches great importance to it. Every year, a large amount of money is allocated to arrange students to visit and practice in various factories, so as to increase students' knowledge, consolidate textbook knowledge, let us know some basic operation processes of factories and lay a solid foundation for future study and work.

Three weeks before the start of school, the department arranged for us to visit Luoyang, China and take part in production practice, which made us learn a lot.

Knowledge is the ladder of human progress. Learning knowledge depends not only on books, but also on experience. Theoretical knowledge is often too standardized. If you just master the theory and have no practical experience, it will have no practical effect. Things in reality are often ever-changing, and it is dogmatic to apply it to solve specific situations. Numerous facts have proved that only by combining theoretical knowledge with practice can knowledge be applied to the highest level. In order to be good at learning, to be a useful person, and to turn knowledge into something that I really have, in the face of fierce competition and great pressure, combined with my professional knowledge, the school has provided many internship units for our students to exercise us. I was lucky enough to enter Luoyang Tractor No.1 Factory for internship.

The general requirements for college students' production practice are: to understand the society and get in touch with the reality, so as to enhance the people's views, dedication and sense of responsibility, improve their ideological consciousness, consolidate the theory they have learned, acquire the preliminary practical knowledge of their major, and cultivate their practical work ability and professional skills. According to this principle, combined with the training objectives of mechanical engineering specialty, the following specific requirements are put forward:

1) Fully familiar with the manufacturing and assembly processes of mechanical products and various technical documents applicable to them.

2) In-depth analysis of the processing technology of typical parts and the assembly technology of its subordinate parts. .

3) Focus on the working principle, structural characteristics and application scope of the equipment and tools (fixtures, tools, measuring tools and auxiliary tools) used to process typical parts. Special fixtures for some key processes can analyze positioning clamping and calculate positioning error.

2. Internship requirements

First, safety education

On the afternoon of-XX August 12, we conducted safety education in Yi Tuo Training Center. The teacher showed us safety production records and accident cases, some precautions and bloody cases. Although I am too scared to listen and see, I can't. I have to listen, watch and take notes. These bloody cases have sounded the alarm for people. The teacher put forward a lot of requirements for us, and we must all do it. After all, no one can afford an accident. On September 1 1, XX, we arrived in Yi Tuo successfully. After all the arrangements were made, we wandered around the street, just looking at this beautiful city. Everything is new to us. Unlike Jiaozuo, she has more cultural charm than Jiaozuo, and then she is ready to eat. We found something that Jiaozuo didn't have, and then went back to our residence to wait for the safety education in the afternoon. And the only way to put an end to these security risks is to strictly abide by the safety requirements of the factory and pay attention to the key points:

Sandals are not allowed to enter the factory;

Pants must be worn when entering the factory;

Smoking is prohibited in the factory, and those who are found will be fined;

After entering the factory, clothes are not allowed to be opened, coats are not allowed to be hung on the body, and backpacks are not allowed to enter the factory;

Don't pile things in the factory, don't stand on the main road;

Pay attention to the image of yourself and the school;

Second, the internship content

(1) Understand the production process, production line layout and technical equipment of the factory; (2) Record the design and manufacturing process and equipment of parts; (3) Mastering the knowledge and methods of machining technology (4) Knowing the knowledge of cutting tools, familiar with the structure, selection and use of commonly used tools (5) Knowing the knowledge of machine tools and numerical control systems, especially the typical numerical control equipment such as machining centers (6) Knowing the production management mode of enterprises, learning advanced management methods (7) Familiar with and consolidating the knowledge of casting technology and equipment, and consolidating the learned theoretical knowledge. More is to let us learn what we can't learn in textbooks and increase our knowledge. During the practice, we got to know some basic operation processes of the factory, got a preliminary understanding of the structure, processing methods and control methods of the machine tool, and got a more detailed understanding of the processing technology of some parts, which laid a good foundation for the future work. Of course, it is more important for us to consolidate the theoretical knowledge we usually study and know how much we have really learned, so as to make up for our shortcomings.

The long-awaited internship week is over. Although it is only less than 7 hours, I still feel deeply. As a math and science student who chose the direction of software, before that, he only studied all kinds of basic mathematics and a C language foundation, and he was very confused about his major and future. The understanding of the working environment of the enterprise only stays in the desktop computers neatly distributed in the office buildings in various film and television works, and the white-collar workers who sit in chairs and keep typing. The understanding of interpersonal relationships and business etiquette in enterprises only stays in the superficial understanding of shaking hands and wearing suits. Now, my understanding of future work has improved to a higher level. Below, I will explain my understanding and gains of the three apprentices respectively:

First, visit the financial enterprise:

Introduction of Rongji corporate culture: The staff took us to the conference room on the third floor and greeted us to sit down. The personnel manager introduced Rongji corporate culture to us. The conference room is very spacious. The manager showed us a documentary about the development of the enterprise for 20 years, and then a short film about the enterprise culture. Then began to introduce the establishment and prosperity of Rongji enterprise in detail. Up to now, one step at a time has extended the normal life of the software industry and escaped the fate of premature aging. We have learned about the staff structure, business direction, recruitment requirements, employee treatment and many other issues we expect to know. Visiting the studio: After listening to the manager's various introductions, the staff showed us around the staff studio on the second floor. When I first entered, I felt that the room was quite spacious, but it was a little dark. It's a sunny day, but it may be cloudy outside in the room. The spacious room doesn't have much decoration, just a few writing tables at random, perhaps for the convenience of communication! The room is quiet. There are several desks with computers, but no one sits. According to the staff, in order to make software products that meet the needs of enterprises, some employees need to go directly to enterprises to do projects, and their schedules are formulated according to the schedules of customer enterprises. Outside the studio, it is generally believed that the studio is too depressing.

Study again: Back in the conference room, we learned something from the staff. The staff said: every year, the enterprise recruits a group of junior interns to study in the enterprise, and some of them will be promoted to full-time employees after graduation. Of course, the admission of interns is also screened through exams. The bottom floor of the company is equipped with table tennis tables, sandbags and other equipment for employees to entertain after work. You can play table tennis and sandbags when you are upset at work. The company will organize some activities from time to time, such as ball games, mountain climbing, swimming and traveling. It is beneficial for employees to relieve their irritability.

Back to school: scanning the beautiful scenery on the street again, I lost interest. Back to school, it's already 12 o'clock sharp.

Second, the preliminary understanding of writing Android applications in JAVA language;

Preparation before class: At about 6: 30, I hurried to the computer room and realized it was too early. Waiting for the arrival of the teacher, after a while, the teacher came at 7: 50.

Then, the teacher demonstrated the creation and integration of Android applications and the operation of creating an Android program.

Android application virtual machine test: After understanding the above contents, the teacher personally demonstrated the virtual machine test of the tank campaign game program. Although the process is a bit stuck, we are still very interested.

Unfortunately: although this class is rich in content and the operation content attracts me, it is a pity that every time I try to decompress the compressed package, the computer crashes, killing this one, moving aside to decompress and crashing, making all the operations in this class fail. Alas!

Third, business etiquette class:

Roll call before class: at 2: 30, the female teacher opened her mouth on time to say hello to everyone, and everyone saw it. In this way, the individual will affect the whole collective, so a good personal image is very important.

About business etiquette: The teacher said that business etiquette is really important and there are really many contents. To elaborate, you can't finish it in a year or so, let alone two hours. So I will introduce you as much practical knowledge of business etiquette as possible in the shortest time, so that you can use it in future job hunting.

Manners and manners (the following are my notes): 1. Appearance, clean and tidy hair, hairstyle combined with their own conditions, identity, nature of work. My uncle, who showed us around, explained to us that the completion of every part here requires complicated procedures, and there must be precise inspection afterwards to ensure foolproof.
