The origin of fried enema
Take you to Ji Guo enema in front of Deyun Society! Click on my avatar to watch the video I shot! Enema, a special food of old Beijing snacks, is a pure local product of Beijing flavor. It can be seen everywhere in fairs and temple fairs for many years, especially in the night market in Beijing.

In the past, in the streets of old Beijing, there were often some vendors selling enemas along the street. For this, it has been recorded that "the fat intestines filled with powder should be fried, chopsticks and plates should be shoveled on one shoulder, and children with special flavor should buy them and cross Xie Yang Lane."

Speaking of the history of enema, it can be said that it has a long history and has been circulating since the Ming Dynasty. As early as the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, there were poems such as "The enema was fried in red powder for a while, and the spicy garlic and salty juice were delicious" in the Minutes of Proceedings and Doumen Bamboo Skill Ci during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It can be seen that enema is exquisite and popular.

Speaking of the popularity of enema, many people may know it, but few people can tell a thing or two about the origin of enema.

It is said that the birth of enema has a lot to do with Zhang Fei, one of the brothers in the story of "Three Marriages in Taoyuan". According to legend, Zhang Fei once ran a butcher shop. Before Zhang Fei opened a butcher shop, there were already several local butcher shops. The business of these butcher shops used to be good, but since Zhang Fei came, the business has been bleak. Therefore, the shopkeepers of these butcher shops hate Zhang Fei's guts, but because Zhang Fei is "strong and strong, dare to be angry and dare not speak, he can only secretly sow discord and often get together to discuss ways to crowd out Zhang Fei.

One day, Zhang Fei was cleaning pig intestines in the kitchen of his shop. Just after washing, he was about to put them into the pot to cook when a customer came to buy meat. Zhang Fei hurried out to say hello and forgot to close the kitchen door when he left.

This scene was seen by a shopkeeper in those butcher shops. He was so happy that he thought he finally had a chance to hurt Zhang Fei. So he sneaked into Zhang Fei's kitchen and saw pig intestines in the pot, some minced meat on the chopping board and some flour in the basin. So he forgot, poured the minced meat into the flour, added some water, stirred it a few times, stuffed it into the pig intestines, put it at the bottom of the pot, covered with other meat, and quickly slipped away. He thought to himself that Zhang Fei's butcher shop was in a mess, and so was his pig intestines. Customers will find that it doesn't taste like this as soon as they eat it. I'm afraid no one will go to his butcher shop to buy meat again!

As we all know, Zhang Fei has a thick heart. After greeting the customers, he didn't look carefully, so he made a fire to barbecue. After cooking the pig intestines, he fished them up and saw that they were wrong. Pig intestines are bulging. No more questions, right? He quickly picked up one, cut the pig intestines with a knife and tasted a few mouthfuls. It is really delicious! It tastes much better with meat, noodles and intestines than just intestines. Zhang Fei feels very strange. Why does this pork intestines taste like noodles and meat? He looked around and saw only the meat on the chopping board and the flour in the bowl were gone. It occurred to him that someone must have quietly tampered with the pig intestines when he greeted Shunke.

Zhang Fei felt that God was really helping him. Someone didn't hurt him, but gave him great inspiration. Mix minced meat with flour and put it into pig intestines.
