The origin of the name of Guangdong-Han wharf
Before the completion of the Yangtze River Bridge, the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway was split in two by the Yangtze River. They are called Guangdong-Han Railway and Han Jing Railway respectively. Trains from south to north must cross the river by train ferry. The train ferry connects the Yuehan Railway and the Han Jing Railway, so the train ferry terminal is called Yuehan Wharf, which is also the origin of the place name of Yuehan Wharf.
