Fucheng Xinxiji is located at No.369 Jinger Road, Huaiyin District, Jinan City. It was built in the year of Xuantongyuan in Qing Dynasty (1909) and faces south. The main building is a masonry structure with a hard tile roof. The walls are masonry mixed water walls, and some gables are blue brick walls. Buildings such as houses and offices are all red brick walls. The plane layout of existing buildings basically remains the original appearance. The main building consists of two floors, which are enclosed by buildings to form several closed courtyards, and the upper floor is intersected by overhanging corridors. The building in the south faces the street and is a shop. The main functions of the building are residence, office, storage of valuables, general commodities and commercial trade. The Xiji plane is L-shaped, with a width of 36 meters from east to west and a depth of 40 meters from north to south. It covers an area of 1.030 square meters and a building area of 1.200 square meters. Fu Cheng Xin Xi Ji is a group of modern representative buildings in Shangbu District of Jinan, which are mainly traditional buildings and supplemented by western-style buildings. Its construction scale, construction year, construction technology level and selection of building materials are among the few existing similar buildings in Jinan, and it has high historical, artistic and scientific value. 20 13 10 10 was announced by Shandong provincial government as the fourth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units.
