History of Taishan City, Guangdong Province
Taishan City is located in the west of the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province, China, on the coast of the South China Sea. It is a prefecture-level Jiangmen City and is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese in China. At present, there are about 6,543,800+3,000 overseas Chinese in this city, ranking first in China.

Mount Tai in history

Originally belonging to Xinhui County, Ding Mao (1498. 8. 20) analyzed that Xinhui County was located in Xinning County. 19 14 was renamed Taishan county, which was named after Santai Mountain in the north of the city. 1992 Withdrawing counties to set up cities (county-level cities).
