Ma Yun used to be the actual controller of Hang Seng Electronics, but with the change of the shareholding structure of Ant Group, he no longer plays this role. At present, the controlling shareholder of Hang Seng Electronics is still Hang Seng Group, but there is no actual controller. The relationship between Ma Yun and Hang Seng Electronics has gone through the following stages:

1 and 20 14 years, Ma Yun bought 0/00% shares of Hang Seng Group/kloc-0 in cash through Zhejiang Rongxin, which he actually controlled, thus indirectly holding 20.62% shares of Hang Seng Electronics and becoming the actual controller of Hang Seng Electronics.

2. Subsequently, Ma Yun transferred the equity of Zhejiang Rongxin to Ant Financial, and Ant Financial became the indirect controlling shareholder of Hang Seng Electronics, but Ma Yun remained the actual controller.

In 3.20 19, Ant Financial directly held 0/00% equity of Hang Seng Group/Kloc-0, and Hang Seng Electronics became the grandson company of Ant Financial, but Ma Yun was still the actual controller.

4. In 2020, the shareholding structure of Ant Group (formerly Ant Financial) changed, and Ma Yun withdrew from the position of actual controller of Hang Seng Electronics, and Hang Seng Electronics became a state without actual controller.
