Xinmin city belongs to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.

Xinmin city is a city (county) under the jurisdiction of Shenyang, located in the middle of Liaoning Province, bordering Xinchengzi District and Yuhong District of Shenyang in the east, Liaozhong County in the south, Heishan County in the west, Zhangwu County and Faku County in the north, and Fuxin County in the northwest corner. The area is 33 18 square kilometers, and the cultivated land area is 2.7 million mu. The whole city 18 towns, 6 townships, 5 streets and 335 administrative villages.

The Historical Evolution of xinmin city

Xinmin has a long history and is known as "Xinmin House first, then Shenyang City". It turns out that there are very few residents here, and some immigrants come here, which is called "Mintun". Later, a large number of new immigrants settled in the wasteland, known as "Xinmin Tun", and the county government was named after "Xinmin" when it was established.
