Jurisdiction 1 1 Streets: Heping Street, Xinxing Street, Xishan Street, Hebei Street, Zhanqian Street, Xifu Street, Wulong Street, Ping 'an West Street, Gongren Village Street, Liang Dong Street and Dongyuan Street. The district government is located in Heping Street. In the fifth national census in 2000, the total population of Haizhou District was 34 1.454, including Heping Street 3693 1, Dongyuan Street 1.2652, Xinxing Street 4 1.89, Xishan Street 66934 and Hebei Street 59725. On April 27th, 2002, the State Council approved (Guo Han [2002] No.33) the adjustment of some administrative divisions in Fuxin, involving Haizhou District as follows: (1) Hanjiadian Town Neighborhood Committee in Xihe District and Wangying Mine in Xiyuan Street were placed under the jurisdiction of Haizhou District. (2) Divide Dongyuan Street in Haizhou District into three neighborhood committees: Liaogong University, Xinrong and Yijingyuan in Xinxing Street, five neighborhood committees: Heping Street Garden, Ethnic Group, Middle School, Dongfeng and Gardener, and Xishan Street Xinggong, Xihuan, Yuxin, Electrician, Danyang, Xinjian, Sihe, Bao Si, Bureau North and Coal School 10. In 2002, the actual administrative divisions were adjusted as follows: (1) Hanjiadian Town in Xihe District was placed under Haizhou District. Wangying Mine Community of Xiyuan Street in Xihe District is included in Ping 'an West Street in Haizhou District. (2) Haizhou District is bounded by the middle line of Zhonghua Road and Sihe Road. Zhonghua Road starts from Dongkou in the east, reaches the north of the intersection with Sihe Road in the west, reaches the northeast of the intersection of Sitai Road and Zhonghua Road and reaches the junction with Sitai Town, namely Dongyuan Street, three communities of emerging streets, namely Liaogong University, Xinrong and Yijingyuan, five communities of Heping Street Garden, Ethnic Group, Middle School, Dongfeng and Gardener, and the construction of Xishan Street. (3) Cancel Xitie Street and West Street in Haizhou District, and establish Xifuxin Street and Ping 'an West Street.
