There is an oasis surrounded by Tengger Desert and Badain Jaran Desert in the northeast of Hexi Corridor. This is Minqin County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province (the hometown of China tourist signs), which is more than 300 kilometers away from Lanzhou, the provincial capital. There is a unique scenery here-Ruian Castle, which is not long, but is located in a remote place. From the county seat, along the way, there are sand-proof forest belts everywhere, and tall poplar trees are like barriers to block the sandstorm. Along the dirt road next to the canal, it takes 10 minutes to reach Ruian Castle, and the locals pronounce "Bao" as "Pu". Ruian Castle was originally the private manor of a wealthy squire in the early years of the Republic of China, covering an area of more than 5,000 square meters, with 8 courtyards, 140 high-rise tile houses and 7 pavilions, with a wall height of 10 meter. There are countless secret passages in the courtyard, which are not so much private mansions as defensive castles. The owner of the house, Wang Qingyun (the word Ruiting, "Ryan" means auspicious and peaceful), was the security captain at that time. It is said that he built a manor for himself by exploiting the people's wealth and cream. He was afraid of attracting the jealousy of the hard-working townships, so he specially built many defense facilities inside and outside the courtyard. It can be seen that although this man is rich and has many wives and concubines, he lives with trepidation.
Wuwei desert park
Wuwei desert park is a tourist attraction with desert scenery, grassland customs and garden features. It is located in the front of Tengger Desert, 20 kilometers east of Wuwei, Gansu. It covers an area of nearly 4,000 square meters of swimming pool, as well as racecourse, beach bathing place, desert pavilion, Tao Xin pavilion, Yuanyang pavilion and Taohua pavilion. There are many grasses in the park, such as Haloxylon ammodendron, birch, red willow, Misha and Punk. It is the first tourist paradise in China that combines desert scenery with desert oasis. Now, experts and professors from the Department of Geography of Lanzhou University have been invited to redesign and further improve it, making it a desert park integrating sand control achievements display, tourism, fitness, culture and entertainment.
Tianyi ecological garden
Tianyi Ecological Park is located in Wu Nan Industrial Park, Liangzhou District, east of Wu Nan Toll Station of 3 12 National Highway Gu Yong Expressway, with a total area of 160 mu. This park features mountains, rocks, water, birds and flowers. At present, the scenic spots that have been built include Baihua Garden, covering an area of 1 10,000 square meters, which mainly displays the southern rainforest customs, precious flowers and trees, ornamental fish, flower bonsai, leisure food and so on. The Kistler Museum, which covers an area of 4,000 square meters, and the Tibetan Mastiff Museum, which covers an area of12,000 square meters, breeds and watches famous dogs and Tibetan Mastiffs. The planning and expression of the ecological park is mainly based on the architectural style of the Han Dynasty. The entrance, door wall and buildings in the park all reflect the gatehouse and windows of the architectural style of the Han Dynasty. The greening of the park pays attention to nature, ecology and health. The park uses flowers and trees to create a beautiful environment, and organically combines natural ecological art with leisure and entertainment. The landscape layout of small bridges, flowing water, hillsides and stone peaks is patchy, reflecting different garden customs and forming a comprehensive landscape of harmony between man and nature.
