The history of my grandson's city
Archaeologists have found traces of paleolithic human habitation in this area. During the Edo period, due to the prosperity of Yinchuan's water transportation, my grandson's cabin was formed along Edo Street, and it gradually prospered into a transportation hub. During the Meiji era, with the rapid development of transportation facilities such as highways, expressways and steamboats, and the subsequent decline of Yinchuan water transport, the population of this area increased greatly.

1889 (Meiji 22) April 1: With the implementation of the town-village system in Japan, my grandson town, Hubei village and Buzuo town in Nanxiangma County were born one after another.

1April, 897 (the 30th year of Meiji): Dongge Decoration County was merged into Nanxiangma County and began to be subdivided into Dongge Decoration County, my grandson town, Hubei village and Buzuo town.

1954 (Showa 29) 1 65438+1October1:A part of Fushi Village in Dongge Decoration County was merged into my grandson town. (The remnants of Pumice Village in Dongge Decoration County merged into Dongge City [now Cypress City])

1April 29th, 955 (Showa 30th): My Sunzi Town, Hubei Village and Buzuo Town merged into a new system, My Sunzi Town.

1970 (Showa 45) July1-According to the provisions of the urban system, my grandson city was founded and became the 565th city in Japan.
