Our school has implemented management by objectives. Schools have goals, grades have goals, subjects have goals, classes have goals, and every student has goals.

The school has formulated the corresponding assessment system and strengthened the assessment in all aspects to stimulate teachers' sense of responsibility and promote the motivation and pressure of teachers' work.

First of all, combined with social development, we made a plan for the implementation of teachers' morality in Zixing middle school from the perspective of humanization, and put forward the goals of teachers' morality cultivation: advocating the professionalism of lifelong teaching, the spirit of hard study, the gardener spirit of loving life like a child, and the dedication of regardless of gains and losses, but more emphasis is placed on the open world vision, modern people's spiritual realm and personality charm that modern teachers should have.

Secondly, through Chenzhou Daily, Zixing News, school publicity column, school weekly report and faculty meeting, we strongly praised the advanced models of teachers' morality and told other teachers in the school with their touching stories: teachers' morality needs to persist for decades; Teachers' morality needs technology and is an excellent professional skill that is constantly tempered; Teachers' morality needs conscience and is a strong sense of responsibility to students and society.
