1921February, with the help of Guangdong * * * production group, construction workers in Guangzhou established the Guangzhou Civil Construction Union. After the establishment of Guangdong Branch of China Trade Union Secretariat, based on Guangzhou Civil Construction Trade Union, Guangdong Civil Construction Trade Union was established, with Guo Zhi as chairman (later Yu Guang) and Feng Jupo as secretary, with branches in important areas of the province.
